Chef Micah Martello, the culinary mastermind behind The Salted Pearl, brings a passion for fresh Gulf seafood and Southern flavors to every dish. A native of Louisiana, Chef Micah grew up immersed in the rich culinary traditions of the region. He began his culinary career at renowned restaurants across New Orleans, honing his skills in

The Salted Pearl is a premier destination for fresh Louisiana oysters and seafood, located within the vibrant St. Roch Market at 2381 St. Claude Ave, New Orleans, Louisiana 70117.  

Join us for Happy Hour, Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 5 PM, featuring $14 per dozen raw oysters. Enjoy beer and wine specials at the bar during these hours.
